Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client

If you need to cancel your wedding planning services with My Bookings, the following policies will apply:

• Cancellation 60 Days or More Before the Event : If you cancel your services more than 60 days before your event date, any payments made up to that point, including the initial deposit, are non-refundable. However, no additional fees will be charged.
• Cancellation 30-59 Days Before the Event : If you cancel between 30 and 59 days before the event, 50% of the total service cost will be retained, and any remaining balance will be refunded. The initial deposit remains non-refundable.
• Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before the Event : Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date will result in the forfeiture of all payments made. At this point, we have committed resources and time to your wedding planning, and a full cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.

Postponement Policy

If you wish to postpone your wedding to a later date, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

• Postponement More Than 30 Days Before the Event : If you postpone your event more than 30 days in advance, your payments will be credited toward the new date. However, additional costs may apply if vendor prices or service rates increase.
• Postponement Less Than 30 Days Before the Event : Postponements requested less than 30 days before the event will be treated on a case-by-case basis. While we will do our best to reschedule, you may incur fees for changes in vendor availability or other factors.

Cancellation by My Bookings

My Bookings reserves the right to cancel services in cases of:

• Breach of contract or failure to comply with payment schedules.
• Failure by the client to provide necessary information for planning the event.
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions that prevent the event from taking place.
• In the event that My Bookings must cancel your services, we will provide a full refund of any payments made, except in cases of breach of contract by the client.

Vendor Cancellations

My Bookings works with trusted third-party vendors to deliver services such as catering, photography, and entertainment. If a vendor cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to secure a replacement.

However, we are not responsible for vendor cancellations beyond our control. Any deposits or payments made to vendors may be subject to their individual cancellation policies.

Refunds

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a formal cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Force Majeure

In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party (such as natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, or government restrictions), My Bookings will work with you to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, both parties may agree to terminate the contract, and any payments made will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on vendor agreements and services already provided.
